Safari extension handoff

Safari Extension for Tiled Tab Workspaces

TiledBrowser works as a Safari companion. The extension sends tab URLs from Safari, while the native macOS app opens them in tiled WebKit panes.

What the extension does

The extension focuses on handoff. It helps move selected Safari tabs into TiledBrowser so they can be arranged inside a dedicated tiled workspace.

What happens inside the native app

Once the URLs arrive, the Mac app manages the panes, layouts, saved workspaces, viewport presets, and restoration.

What TiledBrowser does not do

TiledBrowser does not replace Safari or modify Safari's own tab strip. It is a companion app for the moments when several pages need to stay visible together.

Privacy and sessions

TiledBrowser opens the same URLs from Safari in its own native app context. Some services may ask you to sign in again inside TiledBrowser.
